TradeHubAU is a platform that allows tobacco retailers to trade products between each other to optimise inventory. This is especially important leading up to the change in government legislation on July 1, 2025.

Signing up is free.

Sellers get charged a service fee of $1.00 per unit (packet/pouch) sold when a buyer confirms an order with a minimum charge of $2.00 per order. Sellers are not charged any fees to list an item. Buyers are not charged any fees.

No, payment and delivery of products is to be organised between the buyer and the seller directly. Upon order confirmation, the Buyer and Seller will each receive an email with the other parties details which they can then use to organise payment etc.

Please contact the seller directly to organise pick-up or delivery.

Integrity of the TradeHubAU platform is of paramount importance. If you discover faulty, non-compliant or any other issue with product purchased through the TradeHubAU platform, please send the details to support@tradehubau.com. If a seller is found to be in breach they will be removed from the platform.

After signing up, head to the sell page, find the item, enter the quantity you have in packets or pouches and enter the price you want to sell it for. Then click the List button.

At the bottom of the Sell page there is a section called “Your Listed Products”. Here you can edit prices and quantities or remove items altogether.

For security reasons, all sellers' details remain private until an order is confirmed.

After signing up, head to the Buy page, find the item, click View, enter the qty and then click Add to Cart. Continue this process until all items have been added to your cart and then click Confirm Order. You will be emailed a confirmation of your order and the seller’s details.
